Love fill in puzzles but theres a bug.

I love fill in puzzles and this game is great fun. But Ive been trying to complete the achievements and one of them is to complete a level 3 puzzle under a certain amount of time. But when I choose medium, it thinks its level 2 as in easy. Please fix this.
